The staff were very attentive and allowed me to freshen up when I arrived early. The door man ensured every morning if I needed any assistance and offered his support. The morning breakfast staff managed my meals swiftly. It was a pleasurable to stay close to the sights of Copenhagen.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. They couldn't do enough to make sure that we were happy and everything was to our satisfaction. Was very happy with the hotel overall. And it was conveniently located to many of the places that we went. Would definitely come back. Herrick at the door helped us during our stay and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the history of Copenhagen and the Hotel itself Arthur, who was at the front door was also extremely kind and helpful as well.

Pleasant stay at the Nobis Hotel

Excellent and helpful crew from arrival to departure. The hotel was a long term conservatory until last year, when it was converted tastefully to a hotel. Very close to Tivoli Gardens and the Glyptotek. .

Blissful experience

We stayed at Nobis in Stockholm once and knew to expect a lovely hotel. The experience in Copenhagen was perfect, the staff ensured our stay was relaxing, Dora at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in her multiple roles as was Mathias at the bar and restaurant. I strongly recommend the hotel and restaurant especially given it's convenient location to the main train station.

Very well located nice hotel within walking distance of Tivoli and the old section. Very friendly staff and metered inexpensive parking around the corner. Modern and clean. Only negative were very small rooms. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the high ceilings and wall of Windows made it feel larger. Our friends in the 3rd floor in Room 314 were in a garret - a single small window and low ceilings making the room seem tiny and less nice.

We booked the Nobis Junior Suite as a space to recover after a 10-day sailing trip. The Suite was big enough to give us each individual space, had a breathtaking bathroom with a bathtub (I understand only the Jr. Suite category and above have bathtubs), and a comfortable bed. We didn't rate Excellent for Room Cleanliness because there was a slight rust/brown stain on one of the pillow cases which could have been chocolate or blood, I'm not sure what it was. Other than this, the bedroom, bathroom and separate powder room were spotless. Overall it was an ideal stay - everything we could have wanted from a one-day layover after the sailing expedition. It was rejuvenating, in classic-Scandic elegance décor. Everything we were looking for to recharge, and more! The hotel was absolutely beautiful.

I decided to stay here before reservation because of beautiful interiors and cleanliness from website. Actually appearance, interiors,service,the quality of restaurant were made me being satisfied a lot. Scandinavian design sundries in this hotel made me exciting. Staffs we’re very kindness.They tried to understand my poor English, and spoke clearly to me. It was made me relief. The meal at the hotel was great too. I ate breakfast every morning and dinner twice at Niels restaurant. Because there is near from Central station, it was convenience to sightseeing. The room was small a bit, but there are very cleanliness. Therefore you can stay comfortable. And toiletries were byredo, it was happy surprising to me! I really really want stay again someday!

Rooms on the ground floor, street level. Worst of all, heating is managed at the front desk, complained every day that the heat in the room was unbearable, headache every night because of the heat, needless to say it’s beyond unhealthy to sleep in that heat. they offered a fan, AC system doesn’t work, wanted the windows open but because you’re at street level the noise is awful and people look into the rooms, they will respond, no one looks inside; have a look at the pictures, ground floor rooms can be looked into. Curtains had to be closed for full privacy. Bathrooms, made for one person, doesn’t fit two people. Reception at check in, very friendly, the guy at the door both nights, went beyond all to try and help us, ladies at the reception, arrogant; Response, hotels in Copenhagen all have this system i regards to heat and AC, fact is, I stayed in many hotels in Copenhagen and this never happened. 1k for two nights DEF not worth it, DEF not a 5 star hotel. Compensation, two bottles of water and nuts from the minibar. Restaurant was fantastic, service and food was amazing and we loved it, both dinner and the breakfast both mornings were lovely Location is good but won’t come back here

Not 5 star hotel

Definitely not a five star hotel. Receptionist ignored me for about half minute talking with her colleague. Instead of face contact she watched only in the monitor. Totally unmotivated. Room looked run down and not like a design hotel. AC was very loud and eventhough I ask for a calm room they placed me in front of the street. The only good thing: comfortable mattress. But definitely no 5 service nor equipment.

I would give this a 3.5 overall rating. Nice boutique type property with very friendly staff and good service. The room service is quick and nice. Menu is limited for dinner. The rooms are clean. AC worked which was nice. Looking at other reviews I think people think "5 star luxury" at a hotel in Europe and expect it to be like the four seasons, which these properties are not. Suggested areas of improvement: - Hardly any amenities which goes with the minimalism/sustainable approach, but they should at least leave a list of items available upon request so people are at least aware of offerings. They had a steamer available which was great. - Bed wasn't comfortable - two squeaky twin box springs with a mattress cover on top. - The towels were clean but stink like vinegar which they likely use to clean them, but they need to make sure the smell comes out. - Barely any TV channels to watch and no steaming ability. - You have to tell them to change bedding. This is not something previously communicated. One day my room wasn't made up until after 430pm. All that being said....I would consider staying here again. I do not think the price point matches the offering currently.
