I really like that there's a shuttle service to and from the airport. I do wish the service was more frequent. We went during a confrence so the hotel was busy. The check-in took a little while but they did have our room ready earlier. The room was as described. It did take a while for the room to get cooled in the evening. The staff was very nice. Overall a good experience.

Overall we had a nice stay. The only thing that disappointed us was the restaurant service was slow. Other than that the staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed staying close to the airport and using the shuttle service. The hotel has a good breakfast and everything feels clean and inviting.

Loved this stay! The staff were amazing. Loved their shrimp pasta. Very close to the airport. We were flying to Medellin between stays and they kindly held luggage we weren’t able to take. The rooms were so clean and spacious and cozy. They made me want to become a Hilton girl instead of Marriott. Amazing staff!

Great hotel. Booked here twice this year so far. Very nice, and easy to feel comfortable. I wish the room with the hot tub would be renovated because there is mold on the ceilings. I know it's hard to keep it clean, but it affects the appearance and health of everyone using it, and those who work there. I love the workout room, the breakfast is hard to beat anywhere with fresh food, including fruit, juices, coffee, hot chocolate, and different local foods as well, oatmeal, etc. The staff were very nice and professional. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful as well. I love it.

The only issue we encountered was that the Jacuzzi water was cold. The rest was wonderful. The room was spacious and well designed. The shower was great. We were in the 8th floor so it was quiet. It was safe. The breakfast was super delicious and included in our price. We arrived late and ate at the hotel and the food was very good. I highly recommend it.
