Really nice hotel and very good refurbished. It shows the old style and heritage of the past. Calm rooms with nice designs. Super terrace with a great view to the mountains. Breakfast with a big selection. But please: If you write Nutella, use Nutella. Thanks for the nice stay

Fantasticky pobyt s priatelmi. Napriek pocasiu, vela vyletov a tur. Hotel absolutna spicka, zatial najlepsi v ramci SR, kde sme spali. Porovnatelny s 5* v zahranici. Skvele kupele, moznosti relaxu a zabavy v hoteli, top staff aj kuchyna a la Fine Dinning/Michelin. Personal je prirodzene mily, prvy sa zdravi hostom vsade, kde ich v hoteli stretne. Hotel Lomnica is the absolutely top choice in High Tatras. Every single team member we met was, without fault, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!

Zwei Wochen haben wir im Hotel logiert. Der erste Eindruck bei unserer Ankunft am Checking war gemischt. Die Rezeption für so ein nobles Hotel ist eher kühl und klein. Sehr überrascht – und enttäuscht – waren wir, dass uns niemand auf Deutsch begrüssen konnte. Ohne Englisch ist man hier – wie auch im Gebiet der Hohen Tetra - ein wenig verloren. Dabei haben wir manche deutschsprechende Touristen getroffen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber, leider etwas zu klein für einen längeren Aufenthalt – fast keine Gepäckablage. Dafür das Badezimmer war schön, gross, sauber und ausgestattet mit den nötigen Pflegemitteln usw. Ein Dankeschön gehört dem Küchenpersonal und der Bedienung. Alle waren nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir im Restaurant Sissi nur zweimal gegessen. Das Essen war gut zubereitet aber wir haben Angebote der regionalen Gerichten (Haluschki, Knödel...) vermisst. Dafür haben wir die guten slowakischen Weine in der Lounge genossen. Am Abendessen wäre es doch schön wenn man den Tisch in Restaurant ein wenig festlicher machen würde z. B. mit einem Tischtuch oder Stoffserviette. Nicht empfehlen würde ich das Taxi Angebot des Hotels, ist viel teurer als die öffentlichen Taxis. Wir wünschen dem ganzen Personal eine erfolgreiche Herbstsaison. Anna und Peter

prijemny Bed & Breakfast Hotel

Tento hotel nesplnil ocakavania s ktorym sme si ho vybrali. Cistota a prijemny personal bol presne taky aky by sme ocakavali no sluzby su nastavene dost nestastne. Ako rodina s detmi po celodennej turistike v Tatrach by sme radi moznost room servisu aby sme na dovolenke nemali este aj s bolavymi nohami a unavenymi detmi nutnost navstivit restauraciu. Recepcia nam nas plan zrusila, room servis nemaju, priniesli nam veceru v take away obaloch, ktore nas chutou vobec neohurilo, skor pripomina kvalitu vyvarovne. Menu neobsahovalo ziadne detske jedlo. Na 4 hviezdicky celkom sklamanie. Ranajky boli prijemne, personal pripraveny a vytrenovany, kucharov pristup potesil. Vyuzili sme wellness ktory bol zodpovedajuci cene hotela. Po prvej skusenosti s restauraciou Sissi sme to znova neriskovali. Kedze vyber hotela bol z vacsej casti kvoli zazitkovemu menu v restauracii Franz Jozef chceli sme to skusit aspon tak. V sobotu doobeda sme si zavolali na recepciu vytvorit rezervaciu na vecer, spolu so strazenim deti, zial na recepcii nam oznamili ze sa do restauracie rezervuje stol 24 hodin vopred pretoze pripravuju jedla z cerstvych surovin. Zazili sme uz vela skusenosti s Michelinskymi restauraciami kde tiez pripravuju jedla z cerstvych surovin no nikde nevyzadovali rezervaciu 24 hodin vopred. Uplny nonsens aby som sa hned pri ubytovani hnal za rezervaciou restauracie aby som sa vobec mohol najest na dalsi den vecer. Od 4 hviezdickoveho hotela s takym potencialom by som cakal nieco viac.
