I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the live piano music created such a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. The pianist was incredibly friendly and added a special touch to the experience. Most importantly, all the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

We reached at about 5pm and check in easily. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room is big and breakfast included. Breakfast menu is provided for ordering and served after order. Good breakfast selection and food are good. Front office also provided us the booking service of taxi for our trip to Kaohsiung the following day.

We arrived on a very busy weekend and the place was packed. Consequently we had to wait for a table for breakfast. However we were entertained by a duo playing the piano and double bass Breakfast was all Asian. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed The location was excellent. When we arrived there were hairs and used band aid on the shower floor. Next morning we had to wait 40 minutes for the breakfast, because at 8:30 the dining room was full and we were told that the priority was given to the residents (not the hotel guests like us). The hotel's parking is tiny. They offered us to pay for municipal parking, which was 2 blocks away, or park on the street and bring them the parking bills.

The staff is really kind and helpful. The property is charming, though rooms without coridors are not comfortable enough, while the bathroom sliding doors are not at all practical and give little privacy. The two biggest issues are surrounding area: mixure od dasty dirt lots, car washing facilities and storages, with a few restaurants, shops, etc. The other big issue is easier to change: breakfast. They serve lunch meals for breakfest from the menus, with no eggs, cheese, marmalade, bread, etc. There is no Chinese options either, exept rice. If you are vegetarian or vegan, there is hardly anything to eat.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und ein Zimmer im neu renovierten Gebäudeteil erhalten. Dieses war sehr ansprechend gestaltet und modern eingerichtet. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch nicht पूरी zufrieden und haben uns entschieden, für die dritte Nacht umzuziehen. Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht ganz überzeugt. Da meine Frau vegetarisch lebt, war die Auswahl für sie recht begrenzt. Zudem gab es ein festgelegtes Menü, wodurch man in der Auswahl insgesamt etwas eingeschränkt war. Auch der Check-in verlief nicht ideal: Dieser ist strikt erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Wir waren früher vor Ort und haben freundlich nachgefragt, ob ein früherer Check-in möglich wäre. Dies wurde jedoch ohne weiteres Nachsehen direkt verneint, was einen etwas ungünstigen ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Letztlich haben uns die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, das Gesamtkonzept sowie die Lage dazu bewogen, die letzte Nacht in einer anderen Unterkunft zu verbringen.
