Best place to stay in Plakias

Amazing property, probably the best accommodation in Plakias. Extremely clean and comfortable and perfectly located. Would definitely stay again.

AMAZING!

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Belvedere apartments in early September. Everything about the place is high quality and extremely professional. The staff are so friendly and the rooms beautiful and clean. We loved that you could choose your pillow from a range of options - such a clever idea. The breakfast was astonishingly good. All these elements combined to make Belvedere the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. Thank you 😊

Excellent Resort. One of the best we have been.

This resort is one of the best we had ever been in Crete, if not the best from all. It is new, very well equipped and maintained within the highest level. Since breakfast is included in the price, you need to take it into consideration when comparing to other options in Plakias. In addition, the room/apartment is serviced every day. This is very unusual compared to other apartments we had been in Crete. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Indeed, the price is not cheap, you our judgement is that we got full return for the cost. We strongly suggest to ignore the French person who gave this resort a score of 6. You need to be a really bad person to rate the Belvedere at 6. The staff told us that this person got the sea side suite, that is facing the street, opened fully the windows, and complained about not having a full silence... We took a pool and mountain facing suite and it was VERY quiet. We took also a deep body message by Martina, and it was excellent. We highly recommend this resort, if it is within your budget. You will not regret your choice.

Perfection

We visited all the top rated accommodations in Plakias two years ago and judged the Belvedere to be the best by far. As a result we stayed here last September; have just completed a second stay; and have booked to return this September. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and kept exceptionally clean. We like to take three touring vacations a year in Europe or the USA and the Belvedere is the best accommodation we have had anywhere.

I liked that your breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choosing. All staff were lovely, as was the pool. The location is great, right by the supermarket and across the road from the beach. Only downside was the noise between the apartments.
