I arrived before check in time and my room was ready so I was able to go to my room. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful with describing the hotel amenities and assisting with directions as I explored the city. They surprised me with a sweet treat and note on my birthday. This hotel has a special place in my heart!
