As a traveler, It is the worst hotel we ever stayed. The staff is very rude. And the rooms. Don't expect anything there. It was very dirty and smelly. There was no bed sheets. No hot water for shower. The hotel condition very bad and ugly. We booked room for 2 nights. After first night we check out and asked for refund. First hotel never picked up call. After 1 months waiting they said they will not give refund for 2nd night. Don't ever book this even by mistake

Very old traditional hotel. Plumbing in this hotel is disaster. Leaks in the shower, and around toilet. Breakfast is included and it is buffet. If you arrive early you will have nice breakfast if you arrive late not so good. They don’t refill their serving plates. What ever they serve that’s it. We had dinner which is buffet also. It is 100 Turkish lira per person. Waiter refuse the card, he was very rude and asked for cash only. He just put the cash in his packet. Hotel across of street has live music every night until 1 am. You will hear it like it is in your room. The only good thing is location. We walked a lot so it took 20 minutes to the carsi and some very nice beaches. I hope this was helpful 🙏

Oda restoranın alt katıydı , sabah 7 de masa sandalye çekip itme sesleriyle uyandık, yan odada ne konuşulsa istemeden duymak zorunda kalınıyor, keyifli bir kahvalti yaparım denize karşı oh mis diyorsanız o da zor , sadece kayın doyurmalik .

Only that is likable is the distance view of the architecture from far away, from a distance. Once you get close and near to the building, you will be disappointed by the condition and malfunctioning of the doors of the rooms.
Many doors to the rooms do not close or even open when you need to open.
I was able to stay a very long time before the Expedia reservation. Only reason I chose to stay here was due to a mutual contact with the manager of the hotel. He is personable, social, and friendly. Beds are new and comfortable. Unfortunately, cleaning was extremely disappointing. Despite returning to stay in the same room days later, the dead fly was still stuck on the wall. It is disgusting and unbelievable housekeeping was not able to remove it from the wall. It was visible unless she was blind! What is more is, it is actually right above the head space of the bed.
I stayed at several different rooms. Once, there was a used face mask forgotten hanging from the mirror of the make up desk. 2 of the rooms had a dripping AC unit from above where you could not get outside or open your balcony door. The dirty water was spraying with the wind so you could not sit or dry your towels on the balcony.
Major renovation and repairs are needed urgently. Otherwise, the staff members are all very kind and nice. Except, the guy called Baris. He is negative and intending puns all the time. You can feel his negative energy even if when he is smiling. I tried to avoid him as much as I could

Temizlik neydi?
Yorumlara ve fotoğraflara aldanarak tercih etmiştik. Odaya giriş yaşanan kadar her şey güzeldi. Karşılama sıcaktı. Fakat odalar aylardır temizlenmemiş gibiydi. Banyo duvarlarında saçlar, yatak ve yastıkların içinde saç ve kıllar, lavabo ve klozet hayatında temizlik görmemiş gibi ve mobilyalar da toz bezini unutmuş gibiydi. Bu sorunumuzu resepsiyona ilettik ve samimi bir şekilde ilgileneceklerini söylediler. Biz kahvaltıdayken temizlik yapıldı. Fakat değişen tek şey çöp poşetiydi. Banyo duvarındaki saçlar yerli yerinde bizi bekliyordu. Dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirmemeniz gerektiğine ilişkin bir yazı karşılıyor sizi fakat minibar boş. Resepsiyonu aramak isterseniz oda telefonu bozuk. Gidip su almak isterseniz de otelde su yok. Yine de çözüm odaklı davranıp boş pet bir şişeye damacadan su doldurmayı teklif edebiliyorlar. Tabi pet şişenin ne şekilde kullanıldığını siz bilmiyorsunuz. Aracınız yoksa merkeze ulaşım sıkıntılı. O nedenle gelirken en azından su konusunda tedbirli davranmanızı tavsiye ederim. Sezon sonu olduğu için mi böyleydi bilemiyorum ama beklenen minimum hizmeti alamadığımızı düşünüyorum. İki gecemiz de diken üstünde geçti. Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi. Otelin temizliğine ve bakımına biraz daha önem verilmeli.

Oncelikle otelin konumu gercekten cok iyi otogar kadinlar pilaji ve merkez uclemesinin tam ortasinda bulunuyor ve hepsi yurume mesafesinde . Otelin kahvalti servisi gayet yeterli ve lezzetli calisanlar guler yuzlu ve ilgililer odalar ise fiyat performansa gore gayet iyi durumda eylul ayinda gittigimiz icin sicak konusunda rahatsizlik duymadik. Duş kisminda gider problemi vardı resepsiyona haber verdigimiz gibi konuyla ilgilenildi ve duzeltildi bu hizli geri donus bizi cok memnun etti. Kusadasina bir kere daha gelme durumumda kesinlikle kalmayi dusunecegim bir otel oldu. Hersey icin tesekkurler.

Forse non è perfetto. Certe cose potrebbero essere migliorate, ma questo Hotel mi ha colpito. Personale cordiale, pronto ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. Ottima posizione situato a metà tra il centro città e la Ladies Beach. Struttura molto bella, vista spettacolare, cibo nella media e prezzi accessibilissimi. Tutti questi pregi vengono enfatizzati dal prezzo irrisorio,40 euro per notte in mezza pensione per 2 persone(camera vista mare). Se fosse per me ci tornerei domani.

Konum olarak cok guzel olan otel 70 li yillardan kalmis gibiydi.. bakimsiz eski pusku esyalar ne tarafa baksaniz ayri bir harabe gibiydi.. tiksinerek kalmak zorunda kaldik yastiklara kendi ozel havlumuzu serip oyle basimizi koyabildik..iceride duvarda yuruyen kertenkelelerle beraber huzur icinde uyuduk!!!! En komigi de cikis yaparken otel gorevlisi bayanin mini bar kullaniminiz oldu mu sorusuydu:)) odada birakin miniyi barini falan bir el yuz havlusu bile yoktu .. telefon diye bisey goruntu olarak duruyordu ama calismasini ummuyorduk haksiz da cikmadik..dusunuyorum iyi olan bir sey varmiydi diye aklima bir tek otelin konumu geliyor baska da bir sey beklemeyin... bu arada son bir sey daha eklemek istiyorum.. otele ilk geldigimizde resepsiyondan giris yaptik odamiz nerede diye sordugumuzda yardimci olacak bir gorevli beklerken resepsiyon gorevlisi arkadas adres tarif eder gibi yolu tarif etti bize .. simdi burdan dumduz gidin orada bir merdiven olacak ordan cikip sola donun duz gidin tam karsinizda diye:)) kendisine tesekkur ediyorum buradan!!!
