We booked a business room. It was spacious, clean and comfy. Good shower, nice amenities like lip balm and mouthwash. Location was super, in the main street of old town. Ihotel is 4 star, but we slightly disagree. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. Toaster was under the desk and needed to be asked. Few vegan or gluten free products. I wanted that little something extra that usually 4 star hotels have. Maybe fresh omelette or chia puddings or something, you know. Most disappointing thing was minibar, it wasn't mini fridge, only a drawer cabinet. . So all the drinks there were room temperature. Hotel was nice and gave us bouquet of ice, but it really wasn't the same..

Likes - Super great location. Very helpful staff (front desk and catering) - especially a big shout out to Juozas but ALL were amazing. Nice breakfast. Quick to respond to all queries and very helpful. Nice and quiet room. Comfortable bed. All in all a great stay and highly recommended.

Perfectly located hotel in the Old Town. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions. If needed you could also get a Bolt taxi but we preferred to walk and enjoy beautiful Vilnius. There are many good restaurants and tasteful bars in the immediate vicinity. The staff were really helpful and the accommodation was very smart and clean.

We've booked a double room for our stay. I was travelling with my grown up son. While booking a room it didn't give me an option to choose whether to have beds separately or not, so i assumed we can ask on arrival. Of course we had a room with one double bed and i went to ask reception for a swap. They said they can't do it as they prepare for the arrival in advance and i had to make a note to my reservation prior. Room didn't look nothing as on the pictures. Very small, but tidy. Bathroom was nice and clean.
