hotel without air conditioning

After doing the check In we realized that the central air conditioning in the room was not working and when we complained at reception they told us that the air conditioning had not been working in the entire hotel for days. They never let us know anything and we had to leave the hotel because the heat was unbearable and we had to spend money in another hotel that we did not want to repair... the cleanliness of the hotel was bad too.

Séjour du jeudi 21/08/2025 chambre 224 à été médiocre j'ai mal dormi a cause des punisais de lit mon piqué il y avait pas de l'eau froid que de l'eau chaude, impossible de prendre douche, le matin l'accueil avait constaté les dégâts de traces du sang au trap, il m'ont proposé un geste commercial mais j'ai reçu aucun geste dommage pour hôtel première classe, dommage pour la réputation de plate forme Hotels.com
