Check in was a bit delayed for a late check in. The front desk questioned me several times about the booking and I felt because I was dressed in basketball shorts and muscle shirt I was being judged a bit even after showing the itinerary as if I was lying. But once confirmed her attitude changed. Aside from that the stay was great. Spa and restaurant employees were courteous and helpful. Great buffet options and food was fresh and delicious. The spa amenities were very clean and updated. Outdoor pool areas very clean and well maintained. The curtain in the restroom window was not functioning properly to open.

Nao tinhamos algumas informações previas . Reservei um apartamento como conforto e com vista para o mar . Tratam-se de duas unidades do hotel com o mesmo nome , distantes uns 100 metros uma da outra , de certa maneira independentes . O apartamento conforto é chamado de familiar pelo hotel , sendo realmente grande , com cozinha e sala . Nos dstavamos procurando algo mais aconchegante. As piscinas em bom numero sao recreativas para crianças na maioria . Algo grave , com o calor absurdo dessa epoca , pouquíssima proteção contra o sol junto às piscinas . Impossivel ficar pois nao ha sombra nem para adultos e/ou crianças. Nao existe serviço de bar nas piscinas , nem restaurante nesse modulo , podendo usar o do outro predio . Cafe da nanha razoavel servido nesse modulo . Enfim , procuravamos um local mais aconchegante e romantico e acabamos em um hotel dedicado para familias , com muitas crianças e poucos serviços. Acredito que deveriam informar o viés do publico que esperam , bem como a ausencia de serviços .

Nuestra estancia fue en el edificio Augusta I el cual empieza a notar demasiado el paso del tiempo, el personal muy amable, la limpieza tambien buena, en general muy buena estancia, la comida muy buena tambien, reseñar que en el desayuno el zumo de naranja era natural y recien exprimido. Lo que menos nos gusto fue el Spa, esta distribuido en diferentes pisos y se han de subir escaleras exteriores para acceder de por ejemplo el Hamman a la Sauna y a su vez a la pisicina, de la piscina al Hamman 4 pisos, en general muy buena experiencia
