8/10 Very good

Great staff just had no luck with getting food and drinks during the day or at night due to the hours of operation. Breakfast was great. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

I first want to mention that ALL the staff were amazing! Maria, Xiomara, Miriam and Alexandra went above and beyond. The cleaning staff, whose names I did not get, were always there for any of my room needs. They hung a Happy Birthday banner for my gf’s 50th, made 2 loving swans with towels, had a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival and were just there whenever we needed anything. We did eat at the restaurant onsite which had some great choices to pick from. The specialty drinks were on point as well. We cannot say enough about this property. We are already looking to book our next vacation here. 5 stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second time staying at Ocean Z. Maria is so accommodating and friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need from dinner reservations to tour bookings. My bf and I got sick and she brought us food and a special concoction to help with our stomachs. The hotel is in Noord which is away from the main area of hotels and restaurants, but we love the tranquility and it’s so easy to get a taxi to go wherever you want.

The ocean z boutique was wonderful. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The staff members were great and made us feel welcomed and safe. Maria was amazing and quite honestly the best. No reason to stay anywhere else when I visit Aruba. The breakfast tasted amazing and always freshly made. My dining experience at their restaurant was also amazing and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back to this place. Thank you Maria for making our experience memorable.

Wife and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ocean Z Boutique Hotel. Our room was perfect and truly enjoyed having oceanfront view. The staff made our experience such an enjoyable one. Big shoutout to Maria for making our stay so comfortable and easygoing. She made sure to always stay on top of things without skipping a beat. Xiomara also made our dining experience here a memorable one. The pool staff and maids always made sure the pool and the room remained nice and clean. It was also a great pleasure to have met the owner, Eve, who is very charming and welcoming. Thank you all for making this trip a special one for my wife and I. We can't wait to return and stay here again!

Our room had a shared infinity pool with an ocean view. The service was excellent along with the food and the ambience. Very quiet, very quaint. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dinners were some of the best I’ve had on the island! Can’t wait to return.

Resort and beach view were amazing. Dining in the area was good but resort dishes in the resort were the best. Maria the host was superb and helped out so much.

Hotel is isolated; staff very friendly and excellent, albeit pricey, restaurant; room and amenities did not justify price; only hotel I have ever stayed in that has absolutely no one on Staff present from Tuesay late afternoon until Wednesday morning.

Staff, room and restaurant!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and took care of our every need. This was our second stay, and it was just as fantastic as our first visit. We were there for New Year’s Eve and had the best balcony view after an incredible dinner at the world-renowned restaurant. Special thanks to Hernan and the entire staff for making us feel like family—once again!

Beautiful property. We loved the pool in particular. Excellent restaurant. Included breakfast was wonderful. Ocean Z is known for service and proved it. We had some difficulties adding a night when our travel unexpectedly changed. Xiomara in particular personified the high level of service to make it happen. We will be back!

Location was great, for those who want to be outside of the noisy hotels and crowds. The staff was really great, they were always trying to please us on everything, wether booking a tour or food, or making sure we had everything for the day. I will be back to this hotel for sure
