We had the incredible good fortune to be posted on the Piper Rose catamaran run by this hotel. Initially, we were completely surprised to find ourselves on the boat, as we booked last minute and Expedia did not make it clear. we were booking a room on a catamaran rather than at the resort (which they should probably clarify but the resort’s web page does make this more clear). But it was a positive surprise of a lifetime. The catamaran is a new business for this resort, with 4 cabins -, in our case, we rented one of them and we shared about with another family. The boat is absolutely exquisite, gorgeous, and luxurious spaces to eat, rest, and enjoy the sailing. Everything was impeccably, clean, and well run. But the great surprise of all was the staff - from the captain to those who took care of the tiniest details, we were treated with such care and great company that extended far beyond ordinary hospitality. The only downside was that we had to leave…. So fortunate are those that get to experience this luxury and hospitality!

This was pretty close to a perfect island vacation that I could imagine. The resort is small but we didn't get a sense of cabin fever. There are 3 pools and a nice stretch of beach with great snorkeling right there. Daily activities including snorkel by boat, guided hikes on surrounding islands, fishing, etc helped ensure there was always something to do. The food was fabulous with fine-dining experiences for dinner every night. The staff was friendly, chatting and seemed genuinely happy for us to be there while the second resort we stayed at in the Mamanuca Islands didn't have the same vibe. We hope to go back again!

Paradise Cove property and crew are absolutely top notch. It was our first time in Fiji and we will surely return. We arrived by boat and returned by heli. Both fun experiences. If you are getting on the boat after a ling flight get a ticked to the Captain’s Lounge where you’ll find couch seating more easily to get some sleep. Reception had our room ready as soon as we arrived (11am) which is such a nice touch after a long flight from US. The Donu(?) (japanese themed) restaurant is top notch. Omakase is a 5-start experience, did not expect it to be so good. We visited with kids and they found plenty to do. Recommend the night snorkeling activity (for grownups).

A true paradise that I hope to come back one day. The property is just magical and the service and rooms are spectacular. The omakase dinner is so worth it! Our stay was amazing from start to finish. We had lovely accommodation with great amenities and especially enjoyed the double-headed outdoor shower – such a treat. The beachfront was absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water just like you’d imagine on a paradise-like island in Fiji. We celebrated a birthday while we were there, and the little extras – the decorated room and the restaurant serenade – made it feel really special. And the food… delicious every single time. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Paradise Cove Resort in Fiji was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. We paid nearly $1,300 for two nights – and what we got was not just poor service, but genuine health hazards and outright dishonesty. Disgusting room conditions – bugs and lizards everywhere The room was infested with wildlife in the worst way. Lizards were crawling on the ceiling and even made their way onto our bed. Worse, while my daughter was lying on the sofa, a caterpillar crawled onto her arm. We were terrified for our child’s safety and couldn’t sleep at all during our stay because we kept finding insects crawling around. For a resort charging these prices, basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Front desk lied about boat departures, then broke their refund promise Upon arrival, the receptionist falsely told us that no boats would be departing, and actually advised us to leave a day early – which completely ruined our planned itinerary. The resort staff admitted their mistake and promised to refund us for one night’s stay as compensation. However, when we followed up through Expedia, they flatly denied ever making that promise. They went back on their word and refused to honour the refund. This is not just poor service – it is deceptive and dishonest. No apology, no accountability Throughout our entire stay and even after we raised these issues, not a single manager or staff member offered a genuine apology.

Questo resort é semplicemente bellissimo, ambiente curato e in una posizione incantevole, su una piccola, deliziosa isola che si può anche visitare per quasi intero seguendo subito dall’uscita dell’albergo il sentiero. La spiaggia bella, ristoranti top. Noi abbiamo avuto inoltre la possibilità di passare una delle due notti nella loro Paradise Suite direttamente in spiaggia con una piccola piscina personale, semplicemente top. La villa era ampia, pulita, letto comodissimo e il bagno con doppia doccia fuori semplicemente sublime. Unico appunto … noi avevamo prenotato un Bure Deluxe con vista mare e abbiamo scoperto solo successivamente che la nostra stanza sarebbe stato su un catamarano, senza però la possibilità di poter stornare la prenotazione. Si deve essere chiari sin dal principio, perché non tutti apprezzano un cambio di programma cosi, sopratutto perché siamo stati chiamati un ora prima di partire con il Yasawa Flyer dalla nostra isola destinazione Paradise Cove che avremo dovuto andare in un altro resort, in quanto il catamarano si sarebbe trovato lì. Per la cronaca era la strutturata che in realtà avevamo prenotato dopo il Paradise Cove e non volevamo ovviamente passare tutto il tempo lì. Dopo un po’ di discussione al telefono sono comunque stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto soggiornare al Paradise Cove nella Suite che ho descritto sopra. Per cui, questo resort merita ed è stato il posto più bello in cui abbiamo soggiornato in queste oltre tre settimane di Fiji.

Communication between Hotel.com and the resort is awful if you have any booking queries. But despite that the resort is fabulous. The location and service staff are what make it amazing. The adults only cabins right on the beach front offer the best views. Food fantastic.

Paradise cove really delivers. The meals were amazing (the best we had in Fiji), the staff treats you like family, and we can’t recommend it enough. We took the Ferry and really enjoyed the views and felt it was a good value. I can’t wait to come back. We stayed in a Cove Villa (the adults-only) section and would do this again next time - it was great to have our own sanctuary.

This resort is like being welcomed to a big fijian family. Excellent, very child friendly and very very pretty. They even remember the names of the guests which is a sweet personal touch. You will not want your holiday to get over. The resort is very nice and beach and water is tranquil and awesome. You don’t need to go diving, the vibrant corals and fishes are right by the shore.Food is to die for and you can work it off in the waters or in the mountains behind you. A big shout out to Meli for making our stay so special. Thank you paradise cove for making our holiday memorable. Vinaka.

Our stay in Yasawa's Island

Facilities are good, the room is spacious however due to open air bathroom design, there were many insects in the room (especially ants, even climbed into my luggage and minibar!). Also, I am not sure if the bed linen had enough disinfection as we felt itchy during our sleep. Apart from the room, the food is good here, staff service were really nice. Beautiful sea here you can really enjoy snorkeling. Only problem is you have to register for the daily activities and they were really full we can't take up any one of them during our stay. Also with the sudden cancel in daily activities make us a bit disappointed. The resort is too crowded with children although there were adults-only area but I think this resort is more suitable for family trip rather than couple.
