Very comfortable stay

We had the top floor room with its own rooftop terrace. Very large and comfortable space with great views from every window. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Shower could have been hotter and Friday and Saturday nights outside in the square can get noisy till 2am. Awesome location, would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfectly located in the center of Pistoia and offers anything you need. Rooms are nice and of decent size considering the location. There is underground parking 3 blocks away if you let them know in advance. Staff communicated via Whastapp two days in advance to coordinate check in, share front door codes, and parking instructions. I recommend this place!

A lovely, well appointed room That hotel’s position is incredible and we really had a room with a view. The bed was very comfortable. Good, generous breakfast. We had a lot of communication beforehand as we had booked a paling space. We were given detailed instructions for this. Highly recommend.

Great Pistoia hotel.

The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the piazza. The A/C wasn't working but it wasn't too warm so that was okay. The breakfast is great, fruit, fruit juice, granola, yogurt, fresh baked goods and bread. The restaurant was also excellent and you get a discount if you are staying at the hotel.

Hotel was in a great location and room was nice and fun. Note that you may need a code to enter the building - I had not received this in advance so you may want to ask for it a few days in advance. However, I called someone and they answered and were very helpful.

Great place to stay in enter of Pistoia. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of local pastries, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, tomatoes, bread, meats, coffee and tea. Lovely room and bathroom. No a/c in room but there is a large fan. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
