The hotel and room were incredible - spotlessly clean & very modern. Staff were also friendly and helpful, and the hotel has amazing views over the city, while also being close to the metro station. However, beware of getting a drink at the bar here. We went for a quick nightcap before bed one day, and the service was incredibly slow (especially as there were only 2 other groups in, who already had their drinks). We were also sat at the bar, when other guests were sitting at tables, next to the windows with fantastic views. When we left, I saw a cover charge had been added of 1000 yen per head, which almost doubled the cost of the bill. As we sat at the bar, were hotel guests and had terrible service, this cover charge didn't feel fair, especially as we weren't warned. It really tainted our stay sadly.

We stayed 4 nights and has a Corner room on the 35th floor, 3 adults and 2 kids. Service was top notch, friendly staff, great breakfast, magnificent view from the hotel room, plenty of space and comfortable beds. The location is also great, near Nagoya station.
