A quaint and unique hotel in Riga, with very lovely and dedicated employees. The receptionist was especially welcoming. They offer a nice array of warm breakfast options cooked to order, in addition to a buffet. The room was comfortable and has a personality of its own, and according to what we were told, each room is different. Centrally located in the old town. The only downside is that night life in Riga is a bit loud. It didn't bother me, but my companion had trouble sleeping. So for light sleepers, this is something worth taking into consideration. Personally, I'll be back when I return to Riga.

8/10 Very good

Good comfortable stay in a great central location. Excellent staff and good breakfast. Only negative was that the inside room was rather warm and the air conditioner was only partly effective in cooling things to a tolerable level. Slept OK nonetheless.

6/10 Good

Unfortunately the next door neighbors are extremely noisy night clubs. It was not possible to relax or sleep in the room before 2am every night, even Sunday. Choose a room away from the street if you like to sleep before 2am. Staff was friendly, rooms pretty and location very good.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Everything was as we expected with the possible exception of the breakfast which wasn’t as extensive as other hotels we have stayed in. However, given breakfast was included in our deal, and the room rate was so reasonable, this is nothing to complain about. The bottom line is this hotel offers exceptional value for money and we would happily stay here again.
