We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the mattress was very comfortable as well. The front desk staff were extremely hospitable, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I enjoyed an amazing stay at the Colors Hotel and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Thessaloniki. Giannis and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were all super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained with a lovely, modern decor. This hotel was perfect for us! The location was right near the port, near great restaurants, lots of shopping and walking distance to so many sights! The staff was exceedingly helpful, the room comfortable and quiet, the Garden Cafe onsite very convenient and affordable for breakfast. We dropped off our car at the car rental before arriving so parking was not an issue for us. Definitely recommend Colors Urban Hotel for those in Thessaloniki.

Lovely & central this was an ideal place to stay for my Il Volo concert at the amazing Theatre Gis on 27th July. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. , The room was clean and ideal for my two night stay. The coffee shop was a bit limited, the snack I chose was no longer offered - really should have told me that before I looked at the menu ! Anyway it didn't matter because there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants close at hand offering a huge variety of choices. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Without a doubt the staff was my favorite part of my stay at Colors. The hotel is small and in an older building with great unique old world touches like the elevator and the room windows. Everything was kept in mint condition and spotlessly clean. Zoe and Chris at the desk were warm and friendly and didn't hesitate to meet all of my requests and answer all of my questions. I would recommend Colors Urban to anyone planning to visit the idyllic city of Thessaloniki and would definitely stay there on my return.

The positives: We had a pleasant stay at Urban Colors in Thessaloniki. The location is very central, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides information about parking options in advance, which is very helpful if you’re coming by car. A small note: There is no private parking at the hotel, so it’s worth planning ahead if you’re travelling by car. I also accidentally booked an “internal” room. It had a window facing the corridor, which cannot be opened, so the room felt a little claustrophobic. We only stayed for one night, so it was absolutely fine for us, but I would keep this in mind if you’re planning a longer stay and prefer a room with a proper outside window. One other small thing: the shower holders in the bathroom were a little loose and could use some maintenance. Overall, a clean and very centrally located place, and we had a good stay.

Excellent location, near the waterfront, main sites and attractions. The staff were superior and helpful. Room was spacious, excellent hot water and shower pressure, comfortable bed, heat/ac. The hotel is located in a popular area of the city, the streets are busy with plenty of people, shops, restaurants and bars. There major metro and bus stops close by.
