If i book many rooms on my booking but use each of my kids name for each room , the hotel does not know its 1 booking. There is no minibar fridge in room. Upon asking reception they tell me y i did not request on booking. Firstvtime in my life i hear this. I had to wait till 4pm to get towels bec housekeeper saysxwe dont have. I have stayed here many tyms but will not go back to this hotel. They are like a 1 star now.

Great hotel and location. Easy and quick check in. The best breakfast buffet, amazing bar/restaurant and gym. This was the best hotel stay in Johannesburg. The hotel is surrounded by the Nelson Mandela plaza and mall. You have access to many stores and food places. The bar/restaurant at the hotel offered some of the best meals and drinks. Must stay here. This hotel is great for family, couples and business. It was less than 30 minutes away from airport and 5 minute walking for everything else listed.
