Lovely staff. Room was spacious and a very good size. Spa and swimming pool was disappointing, didn’t look like the online photos and old and outdated. No sauna. More like a kids pool with weird lights and pretty cold.

I got a corner room upgrade. Had amazing views. Floor to ceiling glass all over. Even the bathroom has great views. Was a great experience to stay in an iconic piece of architecture.

Very nice hotel in Hamburg's best quarter. Had a nice room with beautiful city view. Room was smaller than the ones I know from Asia, but that might be, because the hotel is part of the Elbe Philharmonic Hall. Usual (high) Westin comfort. Westin heavenly bed, which is the best hotel bed I ever slept in! Even more expensive hotels like Ritz Carlton or Waldorf Astoria can´t compete with the Westin heavenly bed!
