10/10 Exceptional

It was especially the staff and the service. The receptionist was amazing and he even gave our family a free upgrade, which was such a nice touch for our first visit to the city. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast experience was a superb surprise — there was a real chef cooking on the spot, with a full menu of options like Spanish tortilla, eggs made any way you and more. Everything was freshly prepared exactly to your taste, which made it truly special.

Very friendly and helpful stuff

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. We had big room with small kitchenette corner. Everything was clean & comfortable. The only thing I missed was washing up liquid and sponge so we could clean our cups and plates. Also in the hallway we missed hooks or pegs to hang up our coats. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Fantastiskt hotell

Fantastiskt hotell nära city, otroligt trevlig och bra personal. Fantastiska rum med alla bekvämligheter. Rekommenderar även deras grymma frukost.

4/10 Fair

8/10 Very good
