Rooms are a bit dated therefore could not consider them a five star clean. Stains on furniture and wear in bathroom. Mildew smell throughout hallways. Some staff were better than others. Personally, I didn’t feel super welcomed or accommodated. Compared to other luxury brands, this resort was not up to par for me. And this resort, markets itself as a luxury resort. I’d recommend trying one of the many other resorts on the island as the island itself is one of the best in the Caribbean.
