Great and affordable hotel definately worth staying. Hotel staff and hotel owners gave a very familiar and welcoming feeling to this hotel. Breakfast was also great with some special local delicates.

Great Place to Stay

Hotelli oli siisti, viihtyisä. Huone oli kaunis, siisti ja lämmin. Aamupala oli maittava ja monipuolinen. Illallinen oli loistava. Palvelu koko vierailun ajan ystävällistä sekä kohteliasta.

Otroligt mottagande och kundservice. Vi kände inte till att bastun är stängd helgtid men fick förmånen att använda bastun under en timmes tid vilket vi uppskattade efter en otroligt lång dags resande. Det finns gott om pizzerior och kebaberior som har öppet sent men jag vill främst rekommendera maten på hotellet. Vi blev glatt överraskade både över menyn och hur gott allt var. Vi var mer än nöjda med frukosten som bl.a. erbjöd karelska piroger. Stort plus att det på rummen serverades Vichyvatten och att morgonrockarna var så mysiga. + för att extrakuddar fanns att tillgå i rummet!

Kiva ja hieman erilainen hotelli rauhallisella paikalla Iisalmen keskustassa. Perussiistit huoneeet (olin 1 hengen). Aamiainen tosi hyvä; paikallisia herkkuja, paikanpäällä tehdyt karjalanpiirakat olinko bonus. Aamiaishuone oli tosi näyttävä ortodoksimaalauksin. Suosittelen!!

Vastaanotossa saimme ensimmäiseksi pikarilliset kylmää kuplavettä ja Fazerin KisKis-makeiset. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen sujuivat joutuisasti. Hotellivirkailija oli ripeä ja ystävällinen. Hän toimi yksin. Hän ohjasi henkilökohtaisesti meidät huoneeseen ja opasti meitä kaupungille oikeaan suuntaan. Huone oli pieni, siisti, samoin pikkuruinen wc-suihkutila. Helpotusta viilennykseen antoi lattialla oleva tornituuletin. Aamupalalla plussaa oli lämpimät pienet sämpylät. Ravintolasali oli sangen kiinnostavasti maalattu, pidin kovasti. Yöt olivat erittäin hiljaisia. Aamupalalla "haudutettu tee" oli tuiki tavallista pussiteetä. Riisipiiraat olivat kylmiä. Yksin toiminut hotellityöntekijä oli selkeästi ylityöllistetty.

Hyvin persoonallinen hotelli. Erinomainen sijainti. Henkilökunta todella avulias ja huomioiva. Parasta kuitenkin ravintola. Mieletön menu tuli syötyä ja meistä pidettiin todella hyvää huolta. Erityiskiitos miestarjoilijallemme, joka yritti hienosti pärjätä myös Suomen kielellä. Lapsemme koki olevansa ”special quest”. Menisin tänne uudestaan ihan vaan ruuan vuoksi. Myös aamiainen oli ensiluokkainen.
