This property was a huge disappointment for me. The place looked nothing like in the photos. The photos are edited way too much and gives off the wrong impression. The price for this property was also way too high (compared to our other options). We only picked this property because we trusted these photos.
We also booked queen beds and was told at the counter they had no option but to switch us to 2 single beds. We checked in at around 2:30pm, which means this wasn't due to the fact that we came late. The lady was also extremely impatient and rude. She kind of had the attitude of "yeah that's too bad. if you don't want the small beds you are welcome to leave".
The breakfast restaurant was way too small for this establishment too, so it got way too crowded. It basically was not able to serve everyone.

Lingkungan sekitar hotel sangat hijau dan asri, dengan pemandangan gunung dan danau kecil. Anak-anak bisa bermain di pinggir danau memberi makan sekelompok angsa putih. Di area belakang villa juga ada kandang kelinci dan burung. Kamar hotel bersih. Sayangnya sirkulasi kolam renang tidak baik. Selama 3 hari disana, kami dari kamar pool akses tidak melihat aktivitas pembersihan kolam renang. Padahal saat itu hotel penuh pengunjung yang sedang liburan sekolah. Akibatnya, makin hari kolam renang, terutama bagian bawah, makin buram dan kotor, meski tidak tampak dari atas atau pinggir kolam. Beberapa pojok atas langit-langit area lobby dekat booth bakery juga perlu dibersihkan.

Room was nice, but house keeping team need major improvement. Service was so slow.... Kitchen need to work faster to anticipate the high turnover during breakfast time. When we arrived there for breakfast, there was barely anything we could eat.

Service staff are not well trained and inattentive. I had to wait for an hour to get my food and drinks. When the food finally served, the food became cold.
They allocate the room to me which was directly facing the construction works near the swimming pool.

1. 2nd stay but always got staff coming to the room& tell us that the room is not paid yet(weird! We booked through expedia btw)
2.breakfast was full but they got us in anyway w/o nobody finding us seats (we could’ve just ordered brfast @room if we know there is no table left;weird again)
3.jacuzzi @villa was too hot but engineering can fix it @out last day of stay(villa stay); it’s a 3 days 2 nights stay & they’ve tried to fix it since the day we got there (haha)

Room is nice n spacious but the AC is not central so it took very long to get cold. Late check out is only 30 min extra time
