Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Resort was 3 star at best. The price does not reflect the quality that should be the hotel. Much better off staying at Sheraton or Hilton Tokyo bay! Breakfast was the worst and most expensive we had on our Japan trip. Suggest leaving hotel for food. Room set up, if you have kids, they expect them to sleep in the double/queen bed with you. After a bunch of discussion, you can order a rollaway for an extra fee each night. Bathrooms are extremely outdated and even the shampoo/bath supplies are cheap. Just really underwhelmed and sad that this hotel was nearly 5x the price of adjacent non Disney hotels with such poor quality.

Location is good next to the theme park. Very clean. All staffs extremely friendly. Interior rather old but well maintained. Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there.

The entrance to Disneyland is right in front of you, so access is very good. There is a premium access service that allows you to enter 15 minutes before entering the park, so it is recommended for Disneyland lovers because you can get in early before it gets crowded. Amazing staff and stay. Beautiful lobby and welcoming committee. Be ready to use your google translate if you do not know Japanese, the staff has very limited English but they are very helpful and kind. Bring small suitcases, there is not much room to store luggage in rooms but good news is they provide a lot that you can leave home; like pajamas for kids & adults, & toiletries including toothpaste and tooth brushes, reusable shopping bags & slippers. Make sure you check the pool availability! I picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed when we stayed. Chef Mickey buffet for breakfast is totally worth it. Super convenient how the hotel is all connected to the mall & metro station. Shops & movie theatres and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at hotel. The shuttle takes you to Disneyland & DisneySea. Overall it was a very happy experience.
