Quiet little hotel in Grazelema. The town is very tiny so there is not really a bad location to stay. We were happy with the walkability and the cute little swimming pool.

NICE HOTEL AND NICE VILLAGE
I WAS VISITING GRAZALEMA IN AUGUST AND I WAS IN A PUERTA DE LA VILLA HOTEL. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, NICE BEDROOM, VERY BIG AND CLEAN.
NEAR TO THE HOTEL YOU HAVE A LOT OF RESTAURANTS AND CAFES VERY CHEAP AND WITH VERY GOOD FOOD.
BEHIND THE HOTEL THERE IS A VERY BIG PARKING WITH A NICE VIEWS
IF I RETURN TO GRAZALEMA I WILL RESERVE TO PUERTA DE LA VILLA HOTEL.

Okay Hotel in a Lovely Mountain Village
Hotel is centrally located in Grazalema. Parking is in a nearby central plaza / carpark where many of the local residents park their cars.
Booked a double bed room but provided a twin. On finding this out and inquiring with staff re availability of a double bed room, was advised they were fully booked and only had a total of four double bed rooms. Based on observations of other guests it would appear that the hotel possibly caters a lot for bus tour groups using twin share rooms.
Wifi only in the lobby.

Todo perfecto, muy acogedor y limpio. Destacar a la recepcionista que tanto para la reserva como sobre el estado de las carreteras, te informa de todo. Entorno muy bonito rodeado de nieve.

L'hôtel nécessiterait des travaux de rénovation. La porte d'entrée ne ferme pas, et il fait froid dans le salon. Le sauna sert à entreposer des meubles, et on est renvoyés vers le spa voisin. Pour le petit-déjeuner, on est renvoyés vers la boulangerie voisine.

Le faltan pequeños detalles para verlo como un auténtico 4****, pero este hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio; las chicas que nos atendieron en todo momento fueron súper amables; la habitación muy amplia (subimos la bici y no estorbaba) y cómoda; el desayuno (no incluido) muy bueno... y, sobre todo, fantásticamente bien situado y muy accesible.

All you can say is "It's not that bad"
Stayed one night at the hotel and the room was decent, the location great, the price high and important things that are supposed to be included, not working: restaurant, wifi. I made the mistake of booking a double room though I was by myself, and they still charged me the price of two people staying at the room. Poor customer service when I explained that it was only me. Perhaps the information on Expedia is misleading too, because all the rooms are double in the hotel have two beds. During checkout, the person attending was on the phone talking to someone else and did not pay me a lot of attention. I came out with the freaking key in my pocket and now will need to mail it!! :(
