高級感はあるが部屋によるのかな。

お食事、お風呂は堪能させていただき、とても良かったです。 和食は手がこんでて、良かったです。 ただ、ホテルズドットコムで予約するときに出てくる写真と実際の部屋が違う。 2階は内風呂があるにはあるが浴槽があるというだけ、開けた窓に桧の大きめな浴槽の写真とは違うので、分かりやすくしてほしい。事情があって内風呂が欲しくて選ぶ人もいるはずです。 また、非常に雨音がうるさく2時以降ぐっすり眠れませんでした。ベッド側の窓の雨音を何とかしてほしいです。 今度機会があればヴィラとかにしようと思います。

もう少しプライベートな演出が必要だと感じました。 全て本館に足を運ばなければならない、近隣の会話が漏れ伝わる、 もう少し空が必要だと思います、ほんのわずかに残念です。 料金相応、プラスアルファ〜があればまた利用すると思います。

素敵な旅館でした。

国立公園内の別荘地ということで静かな場所ですし、旅館自体もいい感じにリニューアルされていてゆっくりできました。サービス面でもうれしい気遣いがいろいろありますし、お食事(朝・夕ともに和食)も質・量ともにとても満足できました。今回は1泊しかできませんでしたので、次回は連泊してもっとのんびり滞在してみたいと思う宿でした。

91歳の父を囲んで三世代4人で、東館(?)二階の内風呂つきの部屋に泊まりました。もともとはメディアにもよく取り上げられる超人気リゾートホテルを予約していましたが、羽毛アレルギーに対応をして布団の変更をお願いしたところ追加料金を請求され、その対応に納得いかず急遽一週間前にそちらをキャンセルしてこちらを予約しました。結論として変更して本当によかったです。あらゆる面で大人の心遣いを感じました。唯一、ワンフロア分と言えども父には階段が負担のようでした。足のご不自由な方、ご高齢の方がご一緒の時は部屋までのアクセスを予めご確認された方がよろしいと思います。いつかもう一度、その時は夫と二人でヴィラの方に泊まってみたいです。
