8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and staff were very polite and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bar/restaurant/pool area closes quite early (9 PM).

The breakfast/dining room was so delightful. Every morning we would have the most vibrant/colorful birds visit. This hotel has such a tranquil vibe and we wished we had more days to stay there. The staff is very kind & helpful. We loved our stay!

Recomendo!

Aspectos favoráveis: atendimento, café da manhã e limpeza. Aspectos desfavoráveis: localização e péssima iluminação do quarto.

Precisa melhorar atendimento recepção Check-in e Check-out, simpatia, conhecimento melhor dos funcionários.

6/10 Good

Verified review

8/10 Very good

Ajustando esses pontos, a experiência ficará perfeita!
