The staff at Al Campanile were outstanding. They provided personal service and helped find solutions to problems created by forced itinerary changes. The hotel immaculate and located in a beautiful setting. We wish we had booked a longer stay.

My family of 4 loved our stay at Al Campanile and were sorry that we could only stay one night. The hotel was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. We had a garden view suite that had two rooms, two balconies, and a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed drinks and wonderful views on the rooftop terrace. We also appreciated being able to park in hotel garage (for 15 euros per day). The town of Baveno is very convenient for visiting Isola Bella and within walking distance of Stresa. I would recommend this property to others and gladly return!

I booked this accommodation for the rooftop bar which wasn’t opened at all. The manager said it was due to rain -but honestly I think he just didn’t want the hassle of opening it. It drizzled once and that was enough to shut it indefinitely! Our room was OK. The value was fair… but not outstanding. They have services listed like ‘laundry service’ which they actually don’t offer. The property itself is modern, well designed and in a great location! Some of the rooms look really lovely. I just felt like I was a bit of an inconvenience to them. I REALLY wanted to love it!

Es war super schön im alcampanile Hotel. Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Hotel. Alleine schon der Blick aus dem Zimmer, direkt auf den Lago Maggiore und die Stadt Baveno.
Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Idéalement situé, propre et charmant.
Hotel très propre. Accessible à pieds du centre ville et de l'embarcadère pour la visite des îles Boromées. un roof top avec un petit Bar pour boire un verre sous les étoiles.
Un excellent point de chute pour visiter le lac et ses environs.

Excellent séjour et bel emplacement pour visiter les îles boromées , aller se baigner ou monter au mont Mottarone. La vue du roof top est splendide et les chambres très agréables. Très bonne adresse je recommande .

L'ensemble était satisfaisant , chambre vue sur le lac , parking (payant) dans l'hotel.
Le seul point noir et pour moi inacceptable c'est l'obligation d'arriver avant 17h30. Nous avons du annuler une visite malgré mon appel téléphonique pour demander d'arriver à 19h. Lorsque l'on voyage on ne devrait pas avoir ce genre de contraintes.
Dommage ! Un petit effort parce que cet établissement mérite mieux dans la notation

Me han cobrado un suplemento de 35 euros por llegar después de las 18:00. No me hicieron una copia doble de las llaves y la habitación estaba fuera del hotel. Si se hubiera borrado la clave de la llave tendría que haber dormido en la calle, ya que recepción no volvía hasta la mañana siguiente.
