The staff, especially Monica, were generous and accommodating. The animals and peacocks we also a really delight. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot. The only disruption were some visiting folks that were too loud well into the early hours of the morning.

nice rural location but worn down. the petting zoo does not compensate. weird signs on every wall givning restrictions on all and nothing. and at the same time pricy. just odd. complimenrs to the breakfast-ladies - they do the best they can with whats offered.

This was a magical experience! Know you are staying on a farm so it is not about squeaky cleanliness. The room was basic with 3 beds in one room and a couch but it was all we needed to enjoy this unique property with peacock males dancing and showing their plumage and the mothers exhibiting their babies. Preschool groups visited and the staff were amazing. I liked that they were protecting the animals while allowing close interaction. Make sure you get the breakfast! It is beautiful and you can make your own orange juice! This was our favorite experience out of 9 lodgings on this trip. You have to check in about 15 minutes away. Make sure to go to the beautiful rock stacking beach close to the office. Loved this - definitely go if you are not a person who requires pampering. I had a nice swim in the pool too!

A very inconvenient stay never to be repeated.

We arrived near sunset after driving down a dirt road and found a lady that couldn’t speak English. After 15 minutes of phone calls and trial and error we found out that we needed to drive to a different location order to checkin. That was a 15 minute drive and after finding it And checking in the somewhat rude desk clerk tried to tell me I would need to checkout at a different location! I refused that and was told to leave the key. The room had an awkward arrangement with low cieling and not very good furnishings. Just not comfortable and didn’t have a practical outside sitting area at least for our room #2. I am sure they had plenty of better rooms and we got the worst one. Place is in the country, seclude and has many animals so maybe a good stay with small children.

Uppon arrival and since it was a very hot day i went to the pool hoping that i could have a refreshing swim in the pool which is shown in the hotels website but when i arrived to the pool what i found was a dirty pool that i cannot even see the bottom and full of bugs and insects. Insects i can understand since its located in the countryside but dirty for lack of cleaning? Yes lack of cleaning maintenance ,i was informed that it was sunday and on weekends there is no cleaning of the pool or pool maitenance...I payed almost 100 euros for 1 night room in a hotel with no breakfast included that advertises a pool but i could not use it because it dirty it was sunday no cleaning. .. Besides all this the room had no AC , Unfortunately i didnt checked it when i did the reservation but wait, almost 100 euros 1 night no breakfast no AC no pool due to lack of cleaning and check in and check must be done at a different place located 10 kms from the accomodation? ?? Not even the check out? Leaving the remote control and keys i had to drive 10 km ? No lights outsude the room in the balcony , door that acess the yard only opens and close from inside the room leaving a huge open space which means that if you want to stay outside watching the stars in your balcony get you have to invite the mosquitoes in because you cant close the door completely .. And the cherry on top of the cake the bed had woodworms that made that strange annoying noise all night long eating the wood of the bed!

Pontos positivos: - a equipa foi impecável, super simpática e sempre disponível. - apenas jantamos uma vez na quinta, mas estava óptimo, recomendamos. - as crianças adoram o espaço. Pontos fracos: - limpeza: detetamos que falta efetuar uma limpeza geral à quinta, nomeadamente teias de areia no quarto, na entrada. É normal, face ao sitio que está localizado, no entanto, revela algum desleixo. Havia areia no sofa, no dia do check in. Limpeza de casas de banho, deixa a desejar, dado que apresenta calcário. - comodidades: Quarto:1) o colchão carece de ser mudado, não é confortável, é antigo; 2) existe uma rede de proteção anti mosquitos que cobre a cama, e não tem bom aspecto (poderia até ser retirada). - indicam ser pedagógica, no entanto, talvez na atividade equestre. o dar comida a animais, de resto mais nada, e ainda terem uma caixa com dinheiro para ajuda a animais…acho desnecessáiro, pelo preço que é pago. - os 900metros áté chegar à quinta... a melhorar as condições de acesso. Enfim, a não ser a simpatia e rápida resposta da equipa na quinta, a relação qualidade/preço não é conseguida… Sugerimos que revejam a situação e tentem melhorar, dado que a Quinta tem potencial. Adorámos a quinta e todos que lá trabalham. Todos na quinta são esforçados para que quem lá vá passe o melhor possível. Mas não posso deixar de fazer um referência bastante negativa ao serviço geral do Duna Parque. Viajei com uma criança com menos de 2 anos e com uma cadela, por isso necessitava de saber alguns pormenores que não temos aquando da reserva. Liguei por 2 vezes para saber algumas informações: se seria possível levar comida, se serviam refeições e se a cadela poderia ficar no nosso quarto. Foi apenas ai que soube que havia um valor para a cadela poder ficar no nosso quarto. Valor esse (17,5€/por noite) que me parece completamente absurdo, e deveria ser alertado no momento da reserva. Mas adiante. Disseram-me informações erradas, mas antes disso deixaram-me imenso tempo à espera, porque foram perguntar. OU SEJA, claramente estes colaboradores não têm qualquer formação sobre como funciona a Quinta. O check in e check out são feitos em vila nova de mil fontes, o que é mais uma vez ridículo, até porque não é por isso que as coisas são mais organizadas. Quando cheguei para fazer check out disseram me o valor que tinha que pagar, mas não me entregaram nenhuma fatura. Eu questionei e então imprimiram, mas pediram me o cartão para pagar antes de eu ter acesso à fatura. Situação que eu pedi para verificar primeiro o que estava discriminado na fatura...Pequenas coisas que juntas fazem mossa e que não havia necessidade para tal...A quinta excelente e os colaboradores idem.

O quarto é descofortável, a luz artificial é péssima, as colchas, colchão tapetes não devem ser mudados desde que o espaço abriu, sem recepção (tem de ir a viila nova de mil fontes), animais (pavões) a deambular pelo jardim!? para descansar é impraticável pq é uma quinta supostamente pedagógica para casais com crianças. Carissimo para a qualidade/oferta.

Este hotel tiene el equilibrio necesario de un espacio rural, tranquilo y relajante, lejos de la confusión y estrés de la ciudad, con la ventaja de encontrarse a pocos kilómetros de la fantástica Vila Nova de Milfontes y sus hermosas playas. Ideal para familias con niños, ya que dispone de una pequeña granja pedagógica, donde se promueve la proximidad con los animales, para ayuda en su alimentación. Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel reculé mais très charmant. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, le petit déjeuner est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons définitivement pour une pause au calme si tant est qu'être réveillés au chant des paons (et des ânes) ne vous effraie pas !

Country farm living.

We liked the quiet solitude. Did not like having to go to town to register. There was no hot water our first day, but they fixed that and it was very hot once fixed. Lots of animals, quiet country setting in the middle of the country. Bumpy road that was flooded in one place on the way to the Quinta. This is a great place if you want to get away from it all. Not good if you want hustle and bustle.

Escale très sympathique et nature

un endroit où on se sent bien, comme dans une maison d'hôtes, avec en plus des animaux, la nature, une piscine, ambiance très calme idéal pour le repos. proche de la mer. il serait juste bien de signaler que le chemin permettant d'y accéder est un chemin de terre (depuis la rue principale la quinta n'est pas signalée donc merci le gps lol) et que expedia précise que la quinta se situe bien à Vila nova de milfontes et pas à Odemira car l'information n'était pas correcte pas claire dans les papiers, et nous sommes allés inutilement à Odemira (à environ une trentaine de km). Hormis ça, ça vaut vraiment le détour, le personnel est ultra sympathique j'ai adoré !!! Possibilité de se restaurer sur place.....j'y retournerai surement d'ailleurs...
