El desayuno bastante bien, lo único que me faltó fue un poco de frutita, pero por lo demás, el restaurante limpio, las personas que atienden mega increíbles y amables. La habitación está bastante bien, limpia, el colchón cómodo, buena ventilación y luz. Lo único que no funcionaba al 100 fue la regadera, sí sale agua caliente pero como que está medio tapada y no sale uniformemente. El personal de recepción también muy atentos y amables

Pésimas condiciones del hotel, el aire de la habitación no servía, se reportó y no lo arreglaron y tuve que solicitar que nos cambiaran de habitación, plásticos entre el colchón y las sábanas es súper incómodo para dormir, las regaderas en pésimo estado no sale bien el agua, te quemas o se enfría demasiado, en general una muy mala experiencia, no regreso a ese hotel jamás.

Estuvimos en una evento muy cerca del hotel toda mi familia, todo estuvo excelente, muy limpio, el agua estuvo a temperatura muy calientita, excelente pues el clima estaba demasiado frio, y con la calefacción del cuarto muy acogedora la estancia de la habitación, y al final desayunamos todos en el restaurante con un desayuno calientito, los chilaquiles con un sabor muy casero, el personal es muy servicial y amable, seguro en nuestro próximo evento regresaremos, muy recomendable.

Buena experiencia

El hotel está limpio y es cómodo en general. El staff es atento y agradable. Para el desayuno solo hay una opción pero te lo preparan al momento y está rico. El único detalle fue la regadera, en nuestro cuarto nos tocó batallar un poco con la temperatura del agua que iba de muy fría a muy caliente muy rápido y teníamos que estar ajustando durante el baño. Eso realmente no fue lo suficiente como para bajar la calificación. Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí sin problema.

Buen hotel para descasar luego de un cansado día

Es un hotel sencillo, básico, excelente para regresar a dormir después de un cansado día. El personal es muy cordial. Está localizado en una avenida muy transitada, pero lo maravilloso de todo es que el ruido de afuera no se oía en la habitación. El desayuno que incluía es básico pero lo necesario.
