We loved our stay! The beach was freshly raked every morning, the pool was vacuumed morning and as needed, and staff were always available to help. Housekeeping was quick to service our room and overall the grounds were stunning. We did notice some evidence of termites in our room but otherwise it was very well maintained. We used the on site golf cart rentals during our stay and that was quick and easy. The on-site restaurant was tasty and had a good selection. We were also very impressed with thw scuba/snorkeling tours and how easy they made it to book as a guest! We will gladly stay again!!!

First, the ocean view was amazing. The room was clean and well equipped. Cleaned daily, staff friendly and helpful. The layout and design of the resort is very cool, I love the Mayan jungle vibe. Had the hot stone steak and shrimp at Pineapples and it was awesome. Definitely plan to come back as soon as possible...now if they could do something about the amount of sargassum that washes up constantly, they try hard, constantly raking it up and hauling away by the many truck fulls.. Highly recommend!

Great location, can walk along the beach easily to most locations or take a golf cart. The rooms were authentic and the pool was a big hit for the entire family. The staff was extremely friendly.
