8/10 Very good

Staff were lovely. The food for lunch was delicious but the breakfast was poor, no cold meats or cheeses and the coffee needs to be improved.

Super Location for anyone visiting Derry - Do eat in the restaurant it's fantastic - so nice we ate dinner there both nights during our stay. Breakfast super also . Staff were the friendliest & most professional I've encountered in such a long time - Edel & Benny at reception were both so welcoming - nothing was a problem . They were so helpful & full of knowledge and information that made our stay so super . I cannot recommend this hotel enough a must of you are visiting Derry -Location/comfort/ food and staff all 5 Stars .

Beautiful old hotel across the river from the castle. A great location for easy walking within the city. The rooms could use a bit of an update but the room was clean and a good size. We would definitely return.
