Incredible experience, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was impeccable, even the public bathhouse was very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The in-room onsen bath although was semi outdoors, still could be heated , the facility was perfect.

This place is a wonderful escape. It is very rural and rustic. The wonderful staff will accommodate your every need and the food is incredible. We had such a relaxing stay. Book a room with a private tub. You will not regret it.

Super nice environment! Spacious room can accommodate 4-5 persons with private bath. We only had 3 persons. Large king size bed with firm enough mattress! Staff are very professional and helpful. Great food.

Thsi is the second time we've stayed at Bettei Soan, it's an amazing place to stay. The service is impeccable, the villas are beautiful and have every amenity you could possibly need. The private onsen is wonderful, and the japanese breakfast is delightful. I cannot fault it

２泊連泊しましたが、のんびり時間を過ごすことができました。料理もおいしかったです。　酒類の持ち込みにお金を取られませんでしたが、ボトルクーラーや、グラス、氷等、親切に素早く手配してくれて、大変助かりました。スタッフのお気遣いに心地よく過ごせました。

非常非常推薦的一家優質旅社 獨棟+管家 從入場停車就感受到不同，服務員在停車場等你停好車子。親切的幫你把行李取出。帶領你到接待處，門口拍照，拿杯冰冰的涼茶給我們喝一邊完成報到手續（詢問晚餐、早餐時間） 管家帶我們到我們入住的「雲水」仔細介紹設備，包含溫泉使用方式。知道我們打算去大眾湯，也貼心載我們前往。晚餐實在是太豐盛（房內準備）包含早餐也是！ 整個入住的體驗是非常棒的，以這個價位跟台灣的住宿相比，實在是超值。非常推薦給大家
