From the outside, the hotel looks lovely, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I encountered black flies in both the bathroom and the room, and the bedding did not appear fresh. The A/C unit also didn’t seem to respond to temperature adjustments, and the elevator was noticeably dirty. While the rate is budget-friendly, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

The hotel has pleasant common areas, but the internet is only reliable in the reception area. The staff is hard to reach by phone, and cleanliness is an issue, with flies and mold present. Check-in lacks essential information (breakfast, check-out) and there are unexpected charges for the bag room (30 real) and the bottles of water provided in the room. The bedding is basic (two pillows, a sheet instead of a duvet). Unfortunately the room was not sound proof. While staff are friendly, the hotel feels more like a 2-3 star experience.

Arrived at 12am.I knew check in was at 2pm.I was waiting at the reception.I then asked the reception if I could leave my bag till 2.Rudely replied No.She said no space in there but she was then happy to keep other guest’s bags till 2.I then waited till 2 at the reception.It took receptionist 30 mins to get my room keys sorted.Only 1 very slow and extremely rude lady at the reception.I took a 15 hours flight prior.I was so tired.Rooms are boiling(A/C exist but don’t work properly),bedsheets were dirty and stinky.They charge you $2 for a bottle of water when you leave(not mentioned anywhere).It’s a scamming hotel,not 5 star maybe 2 stars,horrible horrible staff.
Reception lady mentioned luggage room is completely full.Lol.She then accepted this silver case from another case.

We had a 5 day stay here that awful!!! On night one I asked for five hangers and a laugage rack. This took 3 days. There was no cleaning service UNTIL I went to the front desk for the 8th time on the 4th day. Each time I was told I was in excellent hands. Boy on the 8th time I lost my cool at the desk. The toilet and bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels were beginning to smell, the untucked bottom sheet was no longer staying on the bed. We had enjoyed the beach on day one and it could be felt or heard as you walked around. The room was well air conditioned and the food service was absolutely worth the price: always excellent flavor and variety. Be aware that this hotel has a chain of command. First you have to tell the person who signed you in the it's the manager who absolutely USELESS Next in command is the Assistant to the General Manager Carlos who listened an offered a free meal which it had taken up to the 5th day to get to. This was check out day. He also promised that should we return he would garuntee he would make sure our next stay experience would be an excellent experience. I do not know Assistant to the General Manager Carlos. We shall see, maybe????? Everyone can have a bad 5 days even the Alantico Prime Hotel.

Hotel apresenta somente aparência, mas extremamente desorganizado e sujo. É perceptível que a limpeza das comodidades em geral é precária. Tudo muito sujo. A camareira foi levar as toalhas no quarto já era meia noite e meia. Enquanto fazíamos o check-in, 2 pessoas foram reclamar da falta de itens no quarto. Café da manhã, ok. Porém, infelizmente com tanta sujeira, ficamos receosos em comer. A estrutura do hotel é bem legal, porém mal administrada.

Minha experiência no Atlântico Tower foi muito insatisfatória. Além dos problemas no quarto, que não foram resolvidos de forma adequada, o atendimento foi pouco proativo e demorado. O café da manhã é péssimo, com pouca variedade e qualidade abaixo do esperado. A situação se tornou ainda mais difícil por eu estar com uma criança, o que exigia mais atenção e agilidade da equipe — algo que infelizmente não aconteceu. Cheguei o primeiro dia e não tinha quarto para trocar , dormi em um quarto que estava imundo e o ar condicionado nojento ( me deu uma crise de alergia) e não dormir de tão quente , além de n ter toalha de banho , e o quarto nojento, trocou de quarto só no outro dia , quarto sujo ( tive que pedir a menina para limpar o quarto da minha sogra pior ainda em limpeza minha fronha fedorenta e rasgada , pedi coberta só no último dia recebi, além do colchão nojento sem forro e mais um monte de coisas o elevador parou com a gente tbm , bem precário
