It was great vacation in Santorini. Beautiful room and great restaurant they have. Few staffs were not friendly, but good experience overall.

8/10 Very good

Beautiful views and common areas. Rooms are of the local style and not without charm, but rather spartan. We’d definitely stay here again, but it’s not what I’d generally consider 5 star (Ritz, Waldorf).

Our stay was so amazing! We stayed 4 days and everything was so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and warm. The accommodations were immaculate and very inviting! Also the resort is very close to Sunset Blvd where all of the activities are. Best vacation ever!

Beautiful property and friendly employees. The pools are clean and the spa is great as well. Only recommendation is improvement on the turndown service

The Santo Pure Oia was truly my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The property, rooms, and staff were phenomenal. Still dreaming about this hotel a year later.

Amazing stay. Service was top notch, beautiful room and facilities, view overlooking the water from our private patio with a pool! Just a few minute walk to the center of Oia. Breakfast was free and was fine but not amazing. Other than that, basically a perfect stay.

15 out of 10 hotel I can’t say anything bad about this place. From the moment you check in, the great welcome drinks, the tour that CHRISTOS gave us was amazing. We loved our room, and we love the location of the hotel. Very century located to everything in OIA. They even gave us free champagne, and little complementary snacks. I think the icing on the cake is every night You can order a different type of pillow based off of your sleeping requirements and they come to your room and set it up beautifully. Amazing place highly recommend

If you’re looking for a place to relax, this is perfect. Hotel is beautiful with amazing views. It does not have views of the buildings if that’s what you’re looking for, just the sea. The only problem I had was that the pool closed at 7!

The suite was immaculate with daily housekeeping and evening turndown service that kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the centre of Oia, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat. What really sets Santo Pure apart is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely attentive, welcoming and eager to help - making the experience feel truly special. If you’re looking for a luxury place to stay in Santorini, it doesn’t get much better than Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas. There’s also a private car park if you decide to hire an ATV, buggy or car to explore the island. Our suite had its own jacuzzi but we couldn’t overlook the stunning main pool by the outdoor bar - it’s spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by comfortable sunbeds. Without question, this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. A truly five-star experience from start to finish.

6/10 Good

Advertised as a five star hotel; no way near there except for the views. Pool in the room was dirty. Staff was total inattentive. Price was way out of line for the quality of service.
