It is a nice property with lack of maintenance, the rooms are very spacious, the bed confortable, nice pool, but the restrooms ara ugly, they have not any change or improvement since they were built The shower is not good and the vanity very small

The hotel rooms need an update. Shower has cracks and stains all over the tile. No water control in the shower, so it basically started to flood into the rest of the bathroom. The air conditioner didn't work. Maintenance had to come 5 times before it was blowing any sort of cool air. Service was good and lobby bar area was nice.

Chihuahua up and coming with dynamism a new food centric experience in the city to be welcome into this tag majal of property with an infinity pool with great view of this great city. The room in older side but very well cared for. Bar closes early but staff is amicable to allow you to close your business. In chihuahua this is one of the two top options for any travelers. Staff was flexible with policies on a per guess basis to satisfy your requirements and because it’s a culture of service at a high level that maintains this property

Room and bed where clean, shower seal would leak a lot. Outdoor pool could use a good cleaning, surround areas could use a clean also, trash. Lobby was clean and looked good. Rest of property could use some TLC. Some staff was friendly others not so much.

Some of the staff was extremely kind and helpful such as the front desk and bartenders but the dining room staff was very rude.

At that price per night, I expected excellent service and reliable amenities. This is the most expensive hotel I have stayed at during my business trips to Chihuahua, yet it failed to deliver something essential: working internet. After spending most of the day at my client’s plant, I returned to the hotel to finish my work, only to find that the internet in my room did not work. When I called for assistance, the staff offered a router but told me I had to pick it up at the front desk. No one offered to bring it to my room or help install it. I collected it myself, and it did not work either. I ultimately had to take an Uber to Starbucks just to get online and complete my work. Paying this much for a hotel and then having to leave it to access a basic service is unacceptable. I’m happy to pay for a nice hotel, but I expect functioning amenities and responsive service. For a business traveler, reliable internet is essential. This stay was disappointing and did not justify the price.

Hotel needs maintenance and paint (carpet! Furniture, doors, walls, bathrooms, tile) A shame that such a nice building is left neglected to the passage of time. Plus is not cheap. Was expecting it would be better kept
