Awful experience. First night, went to put on the bathrobe that was hanging in the bathroom, folded with slippers. I unwrapped it and found it was covered in feces. Covered, not a stain. Absolutely disgusting and traumatizing. I told the front desk, who apologized and sent somelne to remove it. No further mention when we checked out, no compensation, no further apology. Terrible way to treat a guest. Additionally, the bathroom smelled horrendous and got worse each day. Lastly, they never removed our coffee cups or replenished the pods for the in room coffee. Barely cleaned the room. Just an awful experience. The one positive? Great location in a beautiful city.
