Poor 2.0
Staff was very nice and courteous however rooms look bigger in pictures. Too small for our liking. Reminded us of college dorm room. Bathroom and bedroom are separated by design glass that allows anyone to look in on you while you are taking a shower or having a private moment. I would never recommend or book there again. Menu is also limited. Not many good choices and over priced. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 4.

Fun with design
Great design makes a small room with a huge window a lot of fun. Lower East Side is a lively and fun location, lots of restaurants and street life.

Fair 4.0
Simplicity in design is lovely but minimalistic aesthetic extends to customer service and amenities. Some of the worst customer service I’ve received in 30+ trips to NYC and having to mosh pit through a sea of influencers doing photo shoots, Instagram videos, etc every time I wanted to sit in my hotel lobby or simply enter and exit is unacceptable.

Everything was just fine and nice environment , When I left hotel the next day they charge me $500 claiming I was smoking in the room, Which I did electronic cigarette! This is ridiculous and disappointing!
