I had an amazing time at Zoetry for it to be a last minute solo trip booked within days of my arrival. The hotel was so nice and usually when. People hear “boutique” resort they think old or small and Zoetry did not give me that vibe at all. The property was so beautiful with great views and beach access along with exquisite rooms. I stayed in a Junior King suite with ocean front views and I was blown away. The photos really don’t do it justice. Them the suggested shuttle service to the on site excursion specialist this place was everything and more. If you want to have a beautiful vacation in Cabo without all the noise and busyness of the larger brand resorts then you should book here. Excellent staff and hospitality there for your every need. This is definitely a place to come if you are looking to just relax and soak up some sun.

We have stayed at Zoetry in Cabo many, many times prior to the recent hurricane closure and reopening of this resort. Zoetry use to be our favorite place to stay in Cabo and only resort we’d recommend. We booked a trip for Oct 7-12 and couldn’t have been more disappointed. Upon arrival, we were shocked at how this resort has change for the worst. The amenities and customer service were not the same. The restaurants were mediocre at best. We were put us in a horrible location and we were supposed to get an upgrade for VIP status but it wasn’t received. There was loud construction going on the entire trip from 9:00 am until the evening and no ability to relax and receive the “wellness” part of this so called wellness spa resort. There is a no smoking policy at the hotel, but there were people below us smoking cigars and it smelled awful in our room. We asked the hotel to handle it, but it continued throughout our stay. On the day we were checking out we had people from the timeshare knocking on our door at 10:30 am asking when we were leaving and telling us we were supposed to be checked out, however, the hotel check out time was not until noon. If you look online Zoetry claims to not have required checkout times, but the Cabo location doesn’t follow those guidelines. They also don’t allow you to use the spa daily like the did in the past and do at other Zoetry locations. It’s hard for me to say this, but I don’t recommend you wasting your time or money on this resort.
