The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world. The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area.

Lovely hotel..everything looks great and dinner was lovely.The only problem is the shower in the room..its in a bath and one you hold,totally ridiculous ,water gets everywhere and climbing in and out of the shower is lethal

What a quaint little town! Maintenon is a wonderful spot to visit that has this fabulous hotel. Situated right next to Chateau de Maintenon, it’s easy walking to great outdoor cafes, restaurants, and a pretty park. The hotel itself is lovely. Great staff, delicious food at the restaurant, indoor pool with outdoor lounging area, and an amazing spa.

Super hotel. But no restaurant. On the monday, no where was open for evening meal. We had to drive to Chartres. Disappointed that the hotel didn't have a restaurant.

We booked this hotel as it had EV chargers on arrival we were informed that the chargers had all be removed and when I asked if I could connect to an electrical socket in the underground car park I was categorically told no and that there were NO EV charging facility in this hotel. When we ask to book the restaurant we were told that no food was served on Mondays. BTW there were no local restaurant opened either. All together a terrible experience.

Do not do business with this property. I was reserving three rooms for my traveling group however by the time I went to reserve the third room it was no longer available. I immediately called the hotel to ask if it was Ok to cancel and get a refund (non-refundable) since they could not accommodate. The man I spoke with said yes but I have to call Expedia so they can process the refund. After weeks of back and forth they eventually denied my refund. They also repeatedly pretended they couldn't speak English whenever I called. I even had my manager who is French call them. I was lied to so I do not recommend doing business with them. This kind of behavior alludes to desperate business practices so there is no telling what they might do in other circumstances. Absolutely unacceptable, rude, and not a place I will ever book again.

Chambre propre et grande. TV petite. Salle de bain avec gel douche de qualité. Parking gratuit devant mais places limitées, attention en pleine saison la ville est sous places bleues. Piscine,sauna et hamman gratuits de 20h à 23h et de 8h à 10h. On a apprécié notre sejour. Le personnel est sympathique.

Nous avions deux chambres, communicantes, ce qui étaient relativement pratique, quand on a deux enfants. Tout était propre, les chambres sont grandes, ainsi que les salles de bain. Le petit déjeuner, conforme aux standards des hôtels Mercure. Le petit bémol c'est que nous avions demandés des lits séparés, et que nous avions deux grands lits doubles. Mis à part ça, il n'y a rien d'autre à dire. Sauf Merci.

Expérience un peu frustrante dans cet hôtel . Du côté positif un personnel vraiment excellent , un bon emplacement et un dîner de qualité . En revanche être réveillé à 8 h du matin sous ses fenêtres par un jardinier zélé qui aspire les feuilles avec une machine infernale n’est pas acceptable . Aussi dans ma chambre (228) dont la vue sur la verdure était très agréable, il était impossible d’éteindre une lumière dans l’entrée sauf à éteindre le fusible qui éteignait aussi … l’air conditionné . Résultat peu et mal dormi .

Arrivée à notre hôtel et première déconvenue car nous avons dû faire 15 min de file d’attente pour récupérer notre chambre. Heureusement elle était prête. Ensuite je trouve un peu mensonger la piscine. En fait elle n’est disponible que le soir ou tôt le matin, le reste de la journée nous n’y avons pas accès sauf si l’on paye un prix exhorbitant pour accéder à une piscine. Sinon bon hôtel mais attention car la piscine est un peu un trompe l’œil !
