A estadia foi muito boa, o quarto é bastante confortável e não tenho reclamações quanto às acomodações. Porém, gostaria de destacar alguns pontos sobre o restaurante anexo ao hotel e o café da manhã. Jantamos no restaurante após um show e o atendimento foi bastante ruim. Havia pouco mais de 5 mesas ocupadas e várias outras vazias, porém sinalizadas como reservadas. Ficamos mais de 15 minutos aguardando atendimento. A mesa escolhida ainda estava com copos usados dos clientes anteriores. Perguntamos ao garçom que estava na entrada onde poderíamos nos sentar e ele apenas disse para escolhermos qualquer mesa, que depois alguém faria a limpeza, isso não aconteceu, tivemos que chamar os funcionários várias vezes para sermos atendidos. No café da manhã, que vai até 10h30, chegamos às 9h20 e já havia falta de reposição de alimentos, pratos e talheres. Os pratos próprios para o café haviam acabado e foram disponibilizados pires de xícaras para os hóspedes utilizarem. As instalações são muito boas e pretendo retornar no próximo mês, principalmente pelo conforto, porém, espero que o atendimento do restaurante e a reposição no café da manhã sejam revistos, pois ficaram bem abaixo do esperado.
