The staff is very nice and helpful. Specially at the restaurant during breakfast. We had a problem this time where there was no hot water in the room and we have to move to a new one.

clean and comfortable, but breakfast is lacking

We stayed here for two nights on a business trip. the hotel was clean and comfortable. It is starting to show its age but is still in great condition. the breakfast could use some improvement.

Best option of the valley

Stayed one night in SJC for a birthday dinner. The hotel is well located and offers different dining options nearby. Breakfast is included and delicious 😋 Staff was very helpful and attentive. They could improve in room cleanliness: the floor was dirty and the toilet smelled funky...

8/10 Very good

Conveniently located business hotel. Very kind staff, always ready to help. Close to a mall with dining options and a variety of shops. Room was a little bit noisy due to a panel that separtes the exterior with the room and is not fully soundproof or well isolated.

Amazing hotel! Just missing a private pool, other than that service, cleanness, atmosphere, the bar, the restaurant, all wonderful! My favorite employee not questioned was Helder, what a great bartender, hard worker, he deserves a raise :) Also the Manager Rogerio, so professional and courteous, really nice. The front desk people always smiling happy to help, Julia was so nice and helpful. Room always clean and comfy. Perfect location inside the mall, the best mall in São josé dos campos. I could go on and on talking good things about this hotel. The only thing I missed was a pool, on the rooftop would make absolutely perfect, but I will go back, if I don't stay there I will go to the bar to hangout with the best bartender Helder, Amir was pretty good too! Muito obrigada por tudo! Vcs são the best! Love, Nidia
The perfect negroni!
