Absolutely wonderful! Staff was quick, courteous, and very friendly. Very convenient to Galleria. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Houston.

4 day parents get away from kids.
Overall experience was good. Couple of minor things that bothered us though: 1. When we called to inform the hotel of our arrival. We were told, they did not have a reservation for us. Had to call Hotels.com and they got things figured out and fixed. 2. Room was nice however, the refrigerator did not work and we called 3 times to report it. Each time we were told, an engineer would be up. He never arrived for the 4 days we were there. 3. We choose afternoon cleaning service. However, each day the cleaning lady would knock on our door between 9:30-10am. 4. Bathroom was not clean. Stains were on walls and doors and the floor was dirty like it was not swept or mopped after the last guest.

Giving high rating only because Houston suffered thru an unusual spring event and pandemic in general. Practically no stuff in the hotel. I could not my phone calls answered at all . Not at all. We had to go to front desk and stay in very long line. Rooms were nice. We tried to help and did not request housekeeping. Hallways were not too clean. Location is great. I will come back to verify that it was just a odd year

Hotels.com needs to step up.
The hotel was pretty nice. However, Hotels.com did not secure our reservation. Thankfully the manager found us a room although it was a cheaper and smaller room than we paid for. The same thing happened to our friends, who also used Hotels.com. This is the second issue like this that we have faced in the last 3 months. It is getting old!

One of the worst experiences ever.
I made reservations a week in advance and when I arrived I was told that I had no reservations and had to sit in the Lobby 1 hr and 1/2 . I was not accommodated by neither Hotels.com or the Hyatt. And was also charged an additional $60 for late check out . I do not appreciate the way I was treated and probably will not ever book through hotels.com neither stay at the Hyatt ever again.

Stay Elsewhere
The beds were comfortable, the shower nozzle was pitiful. The hotel was beyond overpriced for what was offered. I was pretty pissed off by the lack of available self-parking. If I had known ahead of time that I was going to have no choice but to pay $21/day/vehicle for our two cars I wouldn't have hesitated to stay somewhere else. Absurd.

Location is busy way too much traffic just to get there, Overall the room was nice and clean but too loud for us. We were put on 3rd floor and some kind of machine was running all night unable to sleep if you do book make sure you get a different floor.
