Excellent staff and hotel. It really felt like you were in the rainforest. We would wake up earlier each morning to listen to the rainforest with our coffee from the balcony. The last morning we saw toucans flying overhead in the trees. The included breakfast is amazing and staff is so helpful. Antonio was a great server and Kevin at the front desk was so helpful with local recommendations. I recommend doing Kevin’s nighttime rainforest walk to see so many animals, which was complimentary with our stay. If I’m ever back, I’m 100% staying here again. We rented a car so the included gated parking lot was perfect for us.
