Very romantic hotel in a small town in Alsace

amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

The way the bath and shower had been designed is just inacceptable : it is just impossible to take your shower without banging your head on the ceiling which is very low. In the room next to ours, it was the same! You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics .

We arrived at the property late and the room we booked and paid for was not available - we booked a Jr Suite with King bed and two single beds, and they only had small Jr Suite with one bed. Trevlig men lite reserverad personal. Vårt rum var adekvat om än något litet i storlek och det var mer "snyggt" än "praktiskt" inrett. I badrummet fanns ett stort badkar men duschvägg saknades varför vatten täckte halva golvet efter dusch. Lite tråkigt att behöva passera tvättvagnar och öppna förråd när man skulle gå till rummet. Hotellet hade en fantastisk utomhuspool med fin omgivning. Det som drar ned betyget är dock att det var en tillfällig toalettbarack uppställd i trädgården intill poolområdet, att. duschmöjlighet vid poolen saknades och att utgången till poolen förbi en jättestor brummande fläkt inte var så kul och värdigt ett 5-stjärningt hotell. Frukosten med mestadels lokala produkter var väldigt god och servisen trevlig.
