Puddles of water in floor and short staffed. Took front desk a long time to change my room and there was a puddle of water under a/c unit in the second room also.

AVOID!
This is complete false advertisement! The rooms are DISGUSTING and nothing how they are advertised. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there were crawling bugs all on the floor. The front desk staff was extremely nice, I’ll give it that. She admitted that this property only has one housekeeper for a place that has four floors of rooms. Unacceptable. I knew the reviews were so so, but this property should not exist on Hotels.com.

Not the best…
When we first walked in, I smelled straight dog pee. The microwave had a lot of food spilled on the microwave plate (so was not cleaned at all), there was hair on the bathroom sink and toilet, and the fridge handle had a Cheetos fingerprint on it. Also, the shower barely drained. We stayed one night so we didn’t make any complaints. Just that there was a hole already in the wall… The bed was alright.. I had to use my own because the one provided had a stain. But the AC was cold which was great!

Property looked nice from the outside, however, the inside needed updating, also there were stains on the sheets. I had 2 rooms, and my daughter complained her bed was broken. I highly suggest someone tour the facility and upgrade each room.
