The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The location is the worst place rendering the experience being unsatisfactory. On the website they stated about shuttle bus services to the nearest town and after enquiry it turns out the shuttle service is only for the beach. Using local taxi services was very expensive and something we were not expecting. Breakfast was great, but the rooms had a sewage smell that the friendly staff couldn't get rid of and they were fully booked so they were unable to relocate us to a different room. With young family I will not revisit this hotel as location and amenities don't suite our needs

Rightly dimensioned, friendly, clean and convenient buffet breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool and great views. Should however not be listed amongst the 5 stars, it is a level below. There is a spa but needs booking also to use the sauna/steam room. This is not make clear by Expedia. But overall a very pleasant stay and well done to all the staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place. I have never met such hospitable people, the whole team were friendly, attentive & always going above & beyond for us. They helped us move rooms when we had noisy neighbours & helped with printing out our boarding passes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh every morning. The main attraction is for sure the swimming pool area & beautiful surrounding gardens, it feels so peaceful and they take such good care of the area. Looking out to the tranquil sea is an incredibly special feature of the property. Also a big shout out to Karim, Jamal, Hassan, Ghizlane, Brahim, Mohamed & Khadija! Love Jess & Evo x

Great stay at a family friendly resort. Awesome location for golf lovers and overall property is cozy with beautiful views. Check in was super easy and fast and Rachid (hotel manager) was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast included a delicious traditional Moroccan spread. Villa was to old a basic 3star interior very bad. so changed to a king suite paid 200 more. The service is poor no one answers the calls. No water coming daily. No turn down. Realized on the 3rd night no body changed bedsheet. Breakfast is basic not 5 star standard. Staff is kind and friendly and generalous.Food is very pleasant and well served. Staff don't follow instructions well and my 2 requests for a special occasion was not done when was confirmed they would happen. That was very disappointing. View is breath taking. This is in my opinion 4.5 star. Lacks a lot of detail.

Great views over the bay, excellent breakfast, good lunch options, didn’t try dinner. We stayed at one of the villas on the golf course. The pool was a bit cold there, but we could also use the main hotel pool. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We didn’t realise that the Hyatt Place was not part of Hyatt Regency, so while you can walk there (all downhill) in 10 mins or take a shuttle, you can’t use their facilities such as the spa and swimming pool. They have a really nice restaurant KM17 on the beach and particularly nice for Sunday lunch

Our children woukd have been happy with chips and chicken nuggets but only local food was on offer. There are no local restaurants within walking distance either and uber or local food delivery services are not available.

This is a really brilliant place to come and unwind, with faultless staff, amazing views, and well designed room (yay to not having key card slots). Everything is comfortable, the view perhaps the best in the region, and it is hard to leave. Mostly smoke free, even outside few people smoked, and you relax within moments of arrival. The location is stuck out the way, bigger water bottles, better toilet paper, balconies easier to open, and an outdoor hot tub would all be great additions, but this is miles ahead of most hotels in the region and makes the case that good hotels are better value than bad ones. Come for the views, stay for the service, and be grateful that whoever designed the hotel had stayed in them before.
