Newly renovated, historic architectural features intact. Spacious room with new bathrooms. Breakfast was a treat, and the owner - managers Lucy and Matt are on hand to greet you and attend to your needs. Chocolate Chip cookies await upon your daily return. TV is not provided anywhere in the main building, so bring your tablet and tie into their WiFi. Or just tuck into a comfy chair on the porch and read your favorite book.

Spent a week at the Rosemount. Fantastic location -- a short walk to Queen's University in one direction and to downtown Kingston the other direction. Great breakfasts, and a welcoming atmosphere in a grand old inn. Guests from all over the world (from Scotland, to the Netherlands, to Germany, to Italy, to Russia, to Australia, to China, all during our stay).

Yes, owners welcomed med us to a night reception and guided us to the town sights. Her my Ronny breakfast was like a gourmet restaurant shared with intelligent guests. We will fondly remember the people we met. The large living room made us forget all about television.

There's something about the Rosemount that makes you feel that you're stepping into your home. From the moment you're greeted and shown your room, to the breakfast, to the hospitality of the innkeeper, everything seems well thought-for, and well looked-after. And wherever your eyes land, there's a pleasing, wondrous thing to appreciate. And the breakfast and the 4PM break are out-of-this world. Would definitely go back if I get the chance, and would certainly recommend to others.

Rosemount inn exceeded our expectations! With an early arrival Matt and Lucy were able to accommodate us without a problem! Check in was extremely smooth & Covid friendly! Parking was provided or there was street parking availible (free on weekends) Upon entering the room, which I might add was EXACTLY how pictured in the photos) we could just smell how clean and sanitized it was! The inn was located in walking distance of many cute spots and restaurants! Breakfast was delivered outside our door (again Covid friendly, left on a tray in cute boxes) absolutley delicious! Can’t wait to return & to tell family and friends about this place!
