Excellent downtown location with great valet service. We were there one night but the room had a very modern look and was very close to the areas we went, which made our trip very efficient.

I want to thank Juan the manager and the whole staff for taking care of us. I have recommended staying here to all my friends and family.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! The room was gorgeous and the city view topped it off. I gave it 5 stars because overall it just that—dining at the yard for a nice vibe and good eats—then we went up to the rooftop for the view and drinks! They also have wings and pizza up there. What could be improved is the detail in the room. The first thing I noticed was the mirror in the hall had smudges the heavily marred wooden table. One other thing that was odd and off putting was when I went to use the shower there were 2 dried towels hanging on the inside bar and the shower was wet….as if someone bathed and the shower wasn’t cleaned because they clearly missed the wash clothes. The rest of the night was perfect. This morning by the sink it smelled like plumbing or sewer, we didn’t see anything but it was an unpleasant smell. With that said we love the experience as first timers and this won’t be our last time coming!

Awesome staff, great location. Beautiful building, but rooms were small and no where to put suitcases. Amazing places to eat very close by.

Spotless room, great staff and a wonderful roof top bar all within walking distance of so many fantastic places! My only comment would be the shower temperature. A hot shower was more like lukewarm.

6/10 Good

They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.
