This property deserves it's designation as one of the best small luxury hotels. Great, attentive staff, many included amenities and perks ample parking and great location including proximity to the beach. A few of the furnishings are showing some wear, but this is really the only negative point.

Thank you to the crew at The Roundtree for making our stay memorable! This is our second stay, so we couldn't turn down the evening smores by the fire and delivered warm cookies for a late night snack. The grounds and room were so beautiful. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed a couple nights in October. We felt very pampered. Felix served us up late night snacks with homemade cookies and ice cream! Beautiful and charming hotel with attentive staff.

the best hotel in the hamptons

The best hotel in the Hamptons! Luxury hospitality without pretension. Quiet, simple and the only one worth the price tag. You will pay the same if not more at any other local hotel and receive the worst service. It would be so easy for Roundtree to just rely on the high summer months to make money and rob you because they can, but they don't. The whole team works with an integrity uncommon to the area. Easy walk to everything in town and while they don't have a restaurant or bar they make up for it in complimentary F&B. It's almost better because it keeps the choas out.
