Great hotel, comfortable and clean spacious room. Pillows were a little thin though, could do with upgrading. Barr food was good but very limited choice. Quite expensive too. Restraint has more choice but is quite expensive and you need to book to guarantee a table. Location of the hotel can be a problem as there's very little around so its a car drive to get anywhere.

Lovely hotel for a decent price. Very comfortable beds! Staff were super helpful in advising on taxis to and from hampden for a concert. Only thing was we were in a disabled access room and the wet room plug was blocked which meant the water just spread across the floor. We then went to breakfast and came back but we couldn't access our room as the key card had timed out (despite being early for check out.) After 3 attempts up and down to reception we finally got a key that worked. The receptionists were lovely and helpful. Can't fault them. Breakfast lovely too but on the pricey side! Will be back!

A lovely stay in a very nice room. Restaurant and bar staff were lovely and so friendly. Anthony in the bar, who tells us he is new to hospitality did a great job of looking after us on Fri evening and he has natural skills that cannot be taught when serving people. We hope he has a great career.

Room was spotless friendly staff. We could also smell Cannanbis constantly in the corridor coming through to room and bathroom. It looks as if other guests were using it as if it was coming through from the vents.
